Error while sysprep a template after doing updates

Fatal error occurred while trying to sysprep the machine

Looks like I ran out of resets.
Microsoft's answer is to reinstall from iso.

1) RegEdit
Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\Status\SysprepStatus\, set GeneralizationState to 7 
 
2) CMD
From an administrative command prompt, type 

msdtc -uninstall 
then
msdtc -install
 

3) RegEdit
Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\SoftwareProtectionPlatform\, change SkipRearm to 1
 
It may help to disconnect the ethernet cable 

4) Rerun sysprep
