Interesting question, with the scope of work ever changing and tech rapidly racing ahead its time to kick start some new ideas to play with to get a foot in the future trends that are coming. I think I'm downlading puppetlab's demo this weekend and will play aroudn with it. I heard some great things and it seems like its really a force for automation in terms of vmware as well as other things.
Lets see where it heads in the next couple of years.
